January 4,  2024 -  21 Bedford County natives named to Tennessee Tech's fall 2023 Dean’s List

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. - 21 Bedford County natives were named to Tennessee Tech University's Dean's List for the fall 2023 semester. The total includes 15 students from Shelbyville, two students from Bell Buckle, two students from Unionville, one student from Normandy and one student from Wartrace.

To be included on the Dean’s List, students must attend the university full time and earn a grade-point average of at least 3.1 on the 4.0 scale.

Bedford County students named to Tech's fall 2023 Dean's List include: Nathanael Judah Arena, Savannah Bobo, Alexis Jade Brown, Joseph Dunlap, Bayle Durrance, Larissa Giles, Susannah Langford, Charles Lasne, Clarissa Belle Noblitt, Peyton Pope, Kara Potts, Logan Schenk, Mary-Alice Elizabeth Shavers, Charlotte Simmons, Aliyah Singleton, Edgar Ivan Solis, Cacey Danielle Spence, Hannah Grace Stephens, Harlee Taylor, Slayden Taylor and Jackson Wheeler.
