At tonight's study session for the county budget for 2024-2025, several questions were asked concerning why Bedford County, Tennessee is continuing to fund the Shelbyville-Bedford Partnership after The City of Shelbyville, Tennessee 37160 chose to withdraw their funding and now that the 231 N Industrial Park is full. CEO of the Partnership Shane Hooper and Board Member David Coffey were there and responded to the questions. Starting around the 26:30 mark of the video, Mr. Hooper also addresses why the Shelbyville-Bedford County Chamber of Commerce chose to return the $5,000 they received from the The City of Shelbyville, Tennessee 37160 this year.
